VI PEEL

While other chemical peels may have a stinging or burning sensation, VI Peel is virtually painless. The results are comparable, if not superior to other peels. Some information to know before your VI Peel:

  • Refrain from activities that cause raising the body's temperature and sweating for 72-96 hours (this can cause blistering and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation)

  • Once the peeling starts, do not peel or pull back the skin that is shedding. Instead, add moisture back into the skin with the included Post Peel Protectant.

  • If the skin is red or chapping, it is irritated and needs to heal to rehydrate. Aquaphor is a great tool to keep on hand for this reason.

  • While there are no ingredients unsuitable for pregnant or breastfeeding patients, please consult your primary care doctor first.
